In this session, Edward Jusuf, CEO of Opsigo, together with Evalany from Antavaya and M. Indharto from Patra Jasa, discussed how cross-industry collaboration plays a crucial role in accelerating travel digitalization. The session was moderated by Vitri Zulianti, GM of Synergy MDI, who brought additional insight into ecosystem synergy and operational innovation.
